I was so excited for this wedding, as I've photographed Kristina and Paul and their family three times before and I knew we worked well together. I said YES! when they asked me to travel downstate for their wedding. They hosted their ceremony and reception at Farina's Banquet Center in Berkley where they celebrated with family and friends. Scroll on to see a peek of their big day!
Also, a HUGE thank you to Mallory McLellan Photography (click here to see her work!) for helping me out. These shots of the guys getting ready are hers.
Paul has an attachment to baseball and Batman, which you'll see throughout the post. :)
While Mallory was with the guys, I went to the hotel to be with Kristina and her bridesmaids.
You know me... all about those details! :)
We did a few bridal portraits in the hotel's garden before the wedding.
K and P have a cute little son named Parker. I'm not sure he knew what to think of everything going on around him all day !
Next up: the ceremony! Paul teared up when he said his bride walking down the aisle.
Kristina cracked up after she started talking when it was supposed to be Paul saying his vows. ;)
After a few group shots, we went inside for dinner and toasts.
Remember what I said about Batman? :)
I snuck outside with the bride and groom and we had a half hour to get their portraits in. The sun was just starting to get that glowy evening feel, so it was perfect timing!
I love this photo because of their smiles... What you wouldn't know is that they're laughing because it was HOT and their foreheads were really sweaty!
Making it official! Just look at that level of concentration. :)
Paul had the whole room laughing at his dance moves!
Moments like this make me fall in love with photography over and over again!
Thank you Paul and Kristina for having me as your wedding photographer. I wish you nothing but the best! <3
