Maren and Eric were married last December in my Michigan hometown. These two have liked each other since the sixth grade (!!!). At Maren’s girls night before the wedding, I learned that they did in fact take a break from dating at one point in time. Guess how long the break was? (I had no clue.) Answer: A day and a half. Guess they were meant to be! So happy for my lil sis and her husband, who are now about to welcome a baby boy. :)

Super glue to the rescue when the shoe won't stay clasped!
We went to my Grandpa Leo's cabin for the first look, but Maren looked down to see too much mud, so we paused real quick and went up on the cabin porch instead.
Eric got a little teary and told Maren how beautiful she looked, and Maren says "You look alright too." I giggled at that one. She's never been a super emotional one!
