Jason and Kendra were visiting the PNW for their anniversary trip, and we have a friend in common who let me know they’d be in town. (Thanks Bryana!) I reached out to ask if I could photograph them while they were here, and I’m so glad they agreed. We’d never actually met before but felt like we already knew one another since we’ve heard so much about each other! I met them at Laurelhurst Park in Portland, which was a recommendation from another photographer friend of mine. I honestly haven’t explored Portland much, so on my way there I took a wrong turn and went over the wrong bridge during rush hour in Portland. I used to think I was a city girl, but the traffic STRESSES ME OUT. These photos were oh so worth it though! It was the first time I had felt inspired in a good loooooong while ,and I never realize how much I miss that feeling until it comes back. So thank you to Jason and Kendra for spending a little time with me on your fourth anniversary!
I mentioned during the session that they’re definitely used to having photos taken. One of their best friends is a photographer so it makes total sense!
