The Hayes family reached out for a 4-generation photo shoot this past fall while everyone was in town to visit the new baby. Baby Gem was only 10 or 11 days old in these photos, and she was certainly the star of the show! She did so well with it all! We met up at Enger Tower and I decided to stay more in the shaded areas since the sun was setting and would’ve been right in everyone’s eyes if we had gone up to the lakeview area. I love the sunlight shining through the trees and it was a little easier on baby’s eyes too.
Great-Grandpa specifically requested a photo like this where he and great-grandma were sitting in front, like you often see in olden-days portraits! I was more than happy to oblige.
